Dr. Nancy specialises in life and executive coaching.  Using a holistic and experiential methodology reflective of quality questions, reflective practice and engagement, Dr Nancy works with her clients to support them in being the best they can be.

Executive coaching is focused on the professional growth and development of individuals and teams within their workplaces. Examples of executive coaching include developing emerging, middle, and senior leaders within their respective contexts, growing managers, and focusing on creating a positive workplace culture.

Dr. Nancy ensures that coaching for personal and professional growth is about focused conversations underpinned by quality questions, reflective practice, and application.

The D.I.S.C personal assessment tool invites the consideration of four main personality profiles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.  The tool is used in workplaces to examine individual and team personal and professional approaches as well as the overall organisation workplace culture.


The Print Motivational Tool is used to gain insights into what motivates people and what activates their triggers in their personal and or professional contexts. The tool also provides a basis for exploring strategies to engage in productive and self-regulating behaviours.

EQI 2.0 Emotional Intelligence 

The Emotional Quotient Inventory assists individuals in understanding their emotional competence. Using five EQ composite areas of self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision-making and stress management and 15 EQ competencies, the tool examines skills that are critical for team effectiveness, work performance, work/life balance and leadership to just name a few. 

Life and Group Styles Inventory

Life and Group Styles Inventory is a norm-referenced organisational tool that provides insights into individual thinking and behaviour styles. The tool invites an individual’s self-description and the feedback of others to develop a plan for personal and professional growth. The data can also be used for teams in organisations. 

Educator Impact Tool

Educator Impact Tool is a 360-feedback mechanism that is human-centred and development-focused specifically designed for educators. It provides school leaders, teaching and non-teaching staff with insights to support their professional development in the workplace.
